We are currently a talented Salesforce AppExchange Developer to join our dynamic
team. As a Salesforce AppExchange Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and
maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem, particularly focusing on the development and
optimization of applications on the Salesforce AppExchange platform. You will collaborate
closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of
our customers and drive business growth.
Designation: Salesforce AppExchange Developer
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Chennai (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Salesforce AppExchange platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on AppExchange application development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AppExchange development tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
