Title: Central Service Central consultant (ECSC)
Experience:9 to 12 years
location:Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Mumbai (Hybrid)
Requirement:
Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
Configure C4C system, Service Work center, Reports, layouts, Workflow rules and Business configuration-ECSC configuration.
Should be able to configure Service Teams (Resolver groups) SLA’s (total turnaround time), Holiday Calendars, Surveys, Customized Emails.
Excellent knowledge of system configuration and work with various third-party systems like Successfactors, Workzone and Connection setup.
Should understand SAP SuccessFactors EC Core Good to have: -
Extensive Knowledge of SAP BTP And SAP CPI.
Should be able to debug, trace iflowsProfessionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
8+ years of experience in HR/HCM projects
Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting
Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs
Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
