Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Architect with expertise in OnBase by Hyland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting OnBase solutions to meet our business needs, in collaboration with other OnBase support Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement OnBase solutions based on business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the OnBase support team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the OnBase system aligns with business goals.
Conduct system performance tuning and maintain system health.
Develop and maintain documentation related to OnBase architecture and processes.
Required Certifications:
OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)
OnBase Certified Installer (OCI)
OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) is a plus
Hyland Developer Specialist is a plus
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OnBase deployment and support.
Proven experience in designing and implementing OnBase solutions.
Strong knowledge of OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, etc.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
