Role Description:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support.
- Minimum 2 implementations end to end on Employee Central and should have worked on support projects as well.
- Should be certified in Employee Central.
- Provide second-level support to HR and end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Experience with integrations and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
