Job Description
- 12+ years of overall experience in engineering with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of recent management experience, managing more than one team during that time with 15+ team members
- 5+ years of individual contributor engineering experience engineering products with a modern tech stack, preferably Python, REST, any relational DB, CI/CD in agile environment
- Extensive experience architecting and building end-to-end machine learning infrastructure from model data preparation to model training to inferencing for complex and large-scale applications.
- Deep proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent, along with mastery of Python programming.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and utilization of cloud-native services for ML infrastructure.
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing high performing product engineering teams in a fast paced, high impact, high growth environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience or Knowledge in financial services
- Experience or Knowledge of one or more Front-End frameworks will be a strong plus.
- Experience or Knowledge with NoSQL Database like MongoDB will be a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
