Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Sales Management:
○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
○ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
● Distribution and Channel Expansion:
○ Oversee and manage distribution channels within the area.
○ Identify opportunities for channel expansion and develop strategies to enhance market reach.
● Retail Expansion:
○ Drive retail expansion initiatives, including identifying new retail partners and overseeing the setup of new retail outlets.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective merchandising and promotion in retail locations.
● Claim Management:
○ Manage the end-to-end process of claim management within the area.
○ Work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to resolve claims promptly and efficiently.
● Relationship Building:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● MS Excel Skills:
○ Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
○ Develop and maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications:
● MBA in Sales and Marketing
● 5-6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
