We are representing our client, a leading unified digital commerce and customer experience management platform company with global offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Bangalore.

Role: Engineering Manager (UI)
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:
As the UI Manager, you will lead a team of skilled UI developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, development and QA managers, and cloud ops/customer success leads. Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Spearheading the development of product features and enhancements on our cloud-based customer experience platform.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to the UI development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project scopes.
  • Implementing best practices and standards for UI development, ensuring adherence to design principles and optimization for performance and user experience.
  • Overseeing UI architecture and technology decisions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable college/university.
  • Extensive experience in UI development, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in UI development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
