Role: Engineering Manager (UI)

Responsibilities:
As the UI Manager, you will lead a team of skilled UI developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, development and QA managers, and cloud ops/customer success leads. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Spearheading the development of product features and enhancements on our cloud-based customer experience platform.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the UI development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project scopes.
- Implementing best practices and standards for UI development, ensuring adherence to design principles and optimization for performance and user experience.
- Overseeing UI architecture and technology decisions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable college/university.
- Extensive experience in UI development, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in UI development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
