Skills:
- Development: Proficiency in building applications from scratch, demonstrating your ability to create strong and scalable solutions.
- Java: Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Database: Good understanding of database basics, including caching, query optimization, and indexing, with a preference for knowing PostgreSQL.
- Integration: Experience working with APIs, Platforms, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud: Basic understanding of AWS or any major public cloud.
- Communication: Effective at explaining and presenting your design and implementation ideas.
- Troubleshooting: Good at finding and fixing problems in large codebases.
- Passion for Learning: Naturally curious and eager to keep up with new technologies.
- Workflow Experience: Previous experience managing workflows.
- Integration Track Record: Proven success in working on important integrations for big businesses.
Responsibilities:
- System Design: Create and develop fast and reliable distributed systems to make our workflow platform better.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers, teaming up with other engineers to plan out where our product is going.

- iPaaS Expertise: Use your skills to work on an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) to make our integrations even better.
