Position: Assistant Manager - Strategy
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days
Job Purpose: You will not only research and analyze data to enable effective decision making but also drive certain high impact initiatives with senior leadership of the company
Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze data to help in decision-making. Should be flexible and be prepared to work across divisions such as Corporate Development, Marketing, Business Operations, HR, Finance etc.
• Perform Primary and Secondary research to understand market trends and develop competitive intelligence etc. and present the data in a structured manner to the senior management
• Provide analytical and operational support for assessing current and potential new business lines. Identify improve areas and drive initiatives
• Program manage/lead certain key projects
• Develop presentation slideshows for conferences and meetings
• Participate in special projects both at the corporate and business unit level
Desired candidate profile:
● Tier 1/2 MBA
● 2-4 years of experience in consulting / Investment Banking / corporate finance roles
● Good Business understanding
● Strong skills with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Word
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, program management and team-working skills.
● Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
