Role: Enterprise and BFSI Account Manager (Western Region, Mumbai)


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and build relationships with key clients in the Enterprise and BFSI sectors in Western India.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and needs.
  • Understand and address clients’ business requirements through tailored IT solutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
  • Actively work on acquiring new clients.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech) and ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitors to spot new opportunities.

Performance Management:

  • Track account performance using key metrics.
  • Regularly review client satisfaction, address concerns, and take corrective actions as needed.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of client projects and solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in selling software solutions or IT networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) within the Enterprise and BFSI sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes, including tenders, RFPs, and compliance.
  • Customer Interaction: Demonstrated experience in managing external customer relations in a results-oriented environment.
  • Metrics-Driven: Ability to manage and track business performance by key metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative Approach: Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
