Role Overview:

 The Head-Design Consultancy will lead the Integra Ventures’ architectural design function across all offices, ensuring design excellence, national and international presence, operational consistency, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The role demands a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, project leadership, and team management, with strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams(structure, MEP, interior, landscape, civil, etc.) and clients.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

A. Strategic Leadership & Department Management

  • Develop and implement the architectural design strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals and brand positioning.
  • Standardize design processes, documentation, and quality control mechanisms across all branches.
  • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs related to design quality, productivity, client satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, urban designers, and visualization professionals across regional offices.
  • Facilitate regular design reviews, inter-branch coordination meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

B. Design Leadership & Innovation
  • Oversee the conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed design development of major projects. 
  • Drive innovation in architectural expression, sustainability, building technologies, and digital design tools (BIM, AI-integrated design, parametric modeling)

C. Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Supervise the design delivery process from concept to construction documentation
  • Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with statutory codes, NBC, and local development control regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedule and budget.

D. Business & Client Interface

  • Participate in business development activities — client meetings, design pitches, and proposal development.
  • Act as the design representative for key client interactions and project presentations.
  • Support management in project acquisition, resource estimation, and design fee proposals.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through design value, responsiveness, and credibility.

E. Quality, Compliance & Governance

  • Implement QA/QC protocols across all offices for drawing documentation and deliverables.
  • Regularly audit project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure effective use of digital collaboration platforms (Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.) for cross-location project management.

F. People Development & Capability Building

Identify and nurture design talent; provide mentorship and performance feedback .Create and oversee training programs on new technologies, design methodologies, and regulatory updates.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-location teams and manage diverse design portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (for clients, management, and design teams).

 Eligibility / Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
  • Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Project Management – Preferred
  • Minimum 15–20 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a reputed multi-location design consultancy or architectural firm.
  • Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA)
