Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and a passion for building low-code/no-code business applications and automations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows to automate repetitive business processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training as required.
- Ensure data security, governance, and performance optimization across Power Platform solutions,
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of application development experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse.
- Ability to build Canvas apps with intuitive UI and logic.
- Experience in developing scheduled, instant, and automated flows using Power Automate.
- Ability to design Power BI reports with proper data modeling and DAX calculations.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Note: Candidates should be willing to work from the Kochi office during the specified shift timings.
