The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and programmatic advertising across platforms such as Douyin, Baidu, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). Position:Performance Marketing Manager (Remote, China)

Location: Remote (China-based only)

Language: Native Chinese speaker

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Salary: Competitive and flexible, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid user acquisition strategies on platforms including Baidu Ads, RED Ads, WeChat Ads, and Douyin Ads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs related to CTR, lead generation, CPL, and CAC.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and beyond.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (branding, content, design, and product) to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to improve strategies and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing them effectively in campaigns.
  • Lead and scale growth marketing experiments that align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Douyin, Baidu, WeChat, and XHS platforms.
  • Strong background in improving CTR, lead generation, CPL, and CAC.
  • Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative vision to transform brand strategy into compelling, results-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret growth marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms in China.
