Drive the growth as well as the adoption (retention/engagement metrics) of the CredSCF/CredLoan/CredPool/CredCoLend platform
Provide strategic (1–3-year plan) and tactical marketing intervention support (quarterly calendars)
Build on product messaging that sets our CredSCF/CredLoan/CredPool/CredCoLend offering apart from others in the market, establish unique selling point
Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data and maintain a high NPS
Identify value props, develop and implement a marketing strategy in conjunction with the the Central Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing Team), the Business/Sales and Technology Team
Build, manage and optimize multi-channel, outbound lead generation campaigns
Develop engagement strategies for customers on the platform along with leads, pipeline funnel
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience at a lending/ fintech/ trade financing/SCF start-up in a growth marketing role for particular category/product line
Experience and knowledge of supply chain finance/ trade finance/ channel financing is an added advantage
Good knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, retention strategies
