Responsibilities

    • Drive the growth as well as the adoption (retention/engagement metrics) of the CredSCF/CredLoan/CredPool/CredCoLend platform
    • Provide strategic (1–3-year plan) and tactical marketing intervention support (quarterly calendars)
    • Build on product messaging that sets our CredSCF/CredLoan/CredPool/CredCoLend offering apart from others in the market, establish unique selling point
    • Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data and maintain a high NPS
    • Identify value props, develop and implement a marketing strategy in conjunction with the the Central Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing Team), the Business/Sales and Technology Team
    • Build, manage and optimize multi-channel, outbound lead generation campaigns  
    • Develop engagement strategies for customers on the platform along with leads, pipeline funnel

Requirements

    • 3-5 years’ experience at a  lending/ fintech/ trade financing/SCF start-up in a growth marketing role for particular category/product line
    • Experience and knowledge of supply chain finance/ trade finance/ channel financing is an added advantage
    • Good knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, retention strategies
