About the Role
Take charge of the Indonesia and Malaysia Markets in the SEA region. The role entails building long term relationships with Distributors, Partners and Customers and build the InfraOn brand. Create strategic go to market initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
Experience Range: 8 - 10 yrs

Responsibilities
- Build, Manage and own Indonesia, Malaysia & Philippines business.
- Meet quarterly/Annually booking commitment goals by setting strategies and through diligent lead follow-up, mining the installed customer base and prospecting.
- Participate in the sales cycle as needed to collect requirements, formulate delivery approach, and develop a proposal/post-sale engagement plan.
- Establish relationship with partners and customers at all organization levels including senior executives.
- Ensures partners are compliant to partners programs and other necessary regulations while engaging with the organization.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to train sales managers to implement this within the sales teams.
- Define account and opportunity planning processes and develop new initiatives to improve revenue and increase market potential and lead sales management in developing execution strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Should have worked in the mid-market accounts, managed direct sales and worked with Channel Partners in the ASEAN Region
- Good understanding of and passion for software/solution selling
- Experience in results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
- Demonstrate ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
