The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and is seeking a skilled Cloud Ops Engineer to strengthen its cloud infrastructure and automation capabilities.
Role Overview:
The Cloud Ops Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated cloud-based infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in AWS Cloud, automation frameworks, and modern infrastructure practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and implement cloud-based systems and automation processes.
Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Implement AI-based tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain best practices in security, observability, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity and architecture teams to ensure secure cloud deployment.
Automate patching, deployment, and infrastructure monitoring.
Apply FinOps principles to optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Must-Have:
8+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Platform engineering.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in AWS core services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS).
Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk).
Expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience in AI or ML integration with cloud services.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with SAP Cloud (Hybris, Marketing, C4C).
FinOps techniques for cost optimization and reporting.
Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Amazon Q.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in Infrastructure roles with 8+ years on AWS.
