Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to drive technical execution within Agile PODs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce coding standards and best practices
- Drive Agile POD execution and task ownership
- Collaborate with Architects & Product Owners
- Translate designs into technical tasks
- Mentor junior engineers
- Oversee planning, coding, testing & deployment
- Identify process improvements & implement automation
Required Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Java, Angular or React.JS
- Strong DB knowledge: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL
- Proficient in AWS cloud services
- Familiar with Agile & POD-based models
- Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or OOH ad tech
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, dashboards
