Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with mid-market or enterprise customers, ensuring their success by providing effective technical solutions. You will leverage your strong technical background, communication skills, and customer-centric approach to resolve issues and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing guidance, troubleshooting technical issues. 
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior business leaders to address customer needs.
  • Identify technical issues using your hands-on experience with web development technologies and APIs.
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices and potential improvements.
Qualifications:
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Success Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with any programming language (preferably Java, Node.js, Python, Golang; Java knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in web development technologies and APIs.
  • Proven ability to understand customer requirements and work with Product managers and Internal Development teams to deliver long-term, effective solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving complex technical challenges.
