We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Zonal Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and manage teams across our designated zone. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multi-location teams effectively. This role involves close coordination with regional teams, ensuring business targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales Leadership: Lead West Zone sales operations across lawyers, corporates, law colleges, firms, legal departments & government agencies. Drive team & individual targets to ensure revenue growth.
Sales Activities: Manage full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation & closure. Provide training/support to customers, handle queries & maintain long-term relationships.
Team Management: Oversee & mentor Relationship Managers, track performance, provide direction & ensure skill development.
Client Engagement: Conduct workshops in law colleges/institutions, engage clients across the region through visits & generate new business opportunities.
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies, work with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings.
Brand Value: Strengthen brand presence by building stakeholder relationships and representing the company at events/forums.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in SaaS/Software/Online sales.
Proven record in end-to-end sales & revenue generation.
Experience in the legal sector preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Go-getter attitude with excellent closing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the West Zone.
