Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely regulatory filings and manage audits.
- Align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Support initiatives like market entry and cost optimization.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity.
- Oversee capital allocation and investment strategies.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Develop policies to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Drive process and system improvements.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- CA mandatory; CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance with leadership exposure.
- Expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
