Job Summary
The Salesforce.com Developer will provide ongoing development, integrations, and technical support for multiple Salesforce organizations. This role focuses on custom application development, process integration, and fine-tuning to align Salesforce environments with business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies, which form the core of the role.
  • Provide technical design and analysis, including researching and implementing innovative solutions to address business needs.
  • Understand and implement integrations between Salesforce and other databases/data sources using development and ETL tools.
  • Support and maintain Salesforce QA, DEV, and PROD environments, ensuring seamless synchronization across these platforms.

Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is essential, along with 5+ years of Salesforce.com design and development experience.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Developer (DEV201 and DEV401).
  • Strong object-oriented development skills, such as Java, .Net, JSP/ASP, are necessary, along with proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, and SOAP-based web services.
  • Expertise in Salesforce applications like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Mobile platform is required. Familiarity with custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and migration tools is expected.
  • Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools, such as Data Loader, is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of agile development methodology, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and scope management, is important.
  • Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively communicate technical issues, and demonstrate the ability to work independently on development projects while managing multiple complex tasks.
