Master Pre-Sales workflow to ensure consistent execution and outstanding client experience
Developing and maintaining opportunities and account records in Salesforce
Account defaults, agency associations, billing calendar, etc.
New Account on-boarding
Ensure no duplications and Wide Orbit sync Ensure compliance with Premion credit policies Coordinate completed new client forms sent/received
Accessing and processing orders in client buying systems such as Media Ocean or Strata
Booking template coordination, completion, submission, and review, as requested by Sales
Assist Sales with PowerPoint presentations ensuring consistent Premion Branding
Maintain thorough knowledge of marketing library
Maintain thorough knowledge of Premion products
Maintain/develop eye for high quality deck preparation
Post-Sales
Review monthly billing for accuracy with client services and billing management
oOccasional manual invoice preparation
oCoordinate client requests with billing management/finance
Coordinate key performance reports / campaign wrap-up with client services and sales
Ad Hoc Reporting / Projects
Assist Sales with periodic reports
Occasional Wide Orbit reporting
·Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
· 2+ years’ experience in media ad sales preferred
· Strong analytical, and basic mathematical abilities
· A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing a high volume of activity, with multiple sales executives, divisions and external clients and agencies
· Must be a dedicated, trustworthy, dependable team member with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
· Must be detail-oriented and prioritize accuracy in all related work.
· Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to a consistently evolving environment.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft office with strong Excel skills.
· Prior experience in digital media, media sales, or an advertising agency is a plus.
· Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
· Knowledge of Strata and Media Ocean is beneficial.
