Looking out for Enterprise / Global (Sales) rockstar to grow our Enterprise and Mid Market business across different geographical regions for an end-to-end provider of Conversational AI-powered chatbots company.
Typical work week look like:-
● Developing sales strategy and business plan and driving end to end sales
● Managing complete P&L and driving revenue across the region
● Conducting presentations, meetings, and workshops with CXO level clients
● Identifying and Mapping key stakeholders within the client's organization
● Executing Business development strategy and creating a robust pipeline through BD activities
● Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients by identifying and mapping
business strengths and customer needs.
● Responsible for hunting and Farming for different clients across the region
● Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition by the following industry trends
● Preparing sales reports, contracts, business proposals, pitches commercial negotiations, closures,monthly/weekly reports, etc ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Our ideal candidate should have:-
● BE/B.Tech and an MBA degree from T1 institute.
● 6-8 years experience in a technology or consulting sales role.
● Good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
● Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.
● Proven ability to work with CXOs and business heads.
● Self-motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
