Role Overview:
As part of our engagement with a leading global insurance company, we are developing and managing a robust application designed to onboard and oversee the company’s sales partners, including agents and brokers. The platform ensures a highly flexible, multi-dimensional validity data structure to manage organizational and contractual salesforce data, enabling structured and reliable information flow to various downstream consumers.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer who can work collaboratively in cross-functional, international agile teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solution
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Integration:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on quality and performance.
- Implement new features based on detailed business and technical requirements.
- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code in Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot with Java 17+ (backend).
- Create and manage APIs for seamless data exchange and system integration.
- Collaborate with product owners and DevOps teams for scalable deployments and release planning.
Architecture & Code Quality:
- Participate in discussions on system architecture and design.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve software bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Agile Practice:
- Work in agile teams participating in sprints, daily stand-ups, and planning meetings.
- Support DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD workflows and ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with backend services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in:
- Frontend: Angular
- Backend: Java 17 or newer, Spring Boot 3, Microservices
- Build & Dependency Management: Maven
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience in unit testing and code quality assurance
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Insurance domain or related sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and scalable deployment practices.
