Python Developer - GTG - BLR

Our client is a leading digital media and technology organization operating at a large scale in the US market. They build trusted platforms that power content, analytics, and digital distribution and are now expanding their engineering presence in India.

Role Overview:  
The Python Developer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications. The role includes collaborating with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to build highly reliable, secure, and optimized platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
  
• Develop scalable, data-driven solutions for digital content distribution and analytics
  
• Integrate with third-party APIs and media platforms
  
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
  
• Automate workflows and improve infrastructure efficiency
  

• 5–7 years of Python development experience
  

• Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  

• Strong REST API & microservices development experience
  

• Proficiency in relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
  

• Eligibility / Qualifications:  
  
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  
• Experience: 5–7 years in backend/Python development
