Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for leading and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adeptness in team building, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
• Make data-driven decisions and execute campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.
• Demonstrate adaptability in navigating dynamic market conditions and evolving industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results consistently.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee team management processes, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Manage financial aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
• Stay abreast of the media landscape, digital marketing trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies effectively.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Work Mode: 6 days a week (Monday to Friday from office and Saturday WFH)
