As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for the application management of a B2C application. Your core responsibilities will include handling incident and problem management, coordinating software releases and updates, and managing application changes with minimal disruption to operations. You will also work on support and enhancement projects as required. A strong foundation in Frontend technologies is essential, with DevOps knowledge considered an added advantage.
Problem & Incident Management:
Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during application usage.
Respond to incidents and ensure resolution in line with SLAs.
Release & Update Coordination:
Plan and execute updates, upgrades, and patches for the B2C application.
Ensure release cycles are smooth and minimally disruptive.
Change Management:
Implement and coordinate application changes with consideration for operational impact.
Collaborate with relevant teams for effective change execution.
Support & Enhancement:
Participate in support and enhancement projects as needed.
Be available for on-call support based on rotation.
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or application management
Strong hands-on experience with Frontend technologies
Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks
Experience in Problem Management, Incident Management, and Change Management
Familiarity with Agile and Kanban project management methodologies
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and take part in on-call duties as required
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Equivalent work experience may also be considered
