Handling L1 and L2 tickets
Knowledge in API Testing
Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting
Interview Process:
Screening interview - TA phone screen & Email test
Interview process - 2 rounds (Peer & Hiring Manager round)- Each 30 mins
For Team Lead Role
Strong Communication skill ( written and verbal)
Interacted with different regions of client
Handling L3 and L2 tickets
Good in People Management (Hire / Mentor and Fire)
Interview Process
Screening interview - TA phone screen & Email test
Interview process - 3 rounds (Peer & Hiring Manager & Executive round)- Each 30 mins
Note:Since these roles are for rotational shifts(4 shifts) , they should be open for the same. For the shifts, they will have shift allowances (min 2 Lakhs a year)
