Here’s what we’re looking for:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyse key metrics (traffic, leads, and other metrics) from various sources.
Identify areas for improvement and measure the success of product launches and marketing campaigns through data analysis.
Build compelling reports and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Partner with key stakeholders and digital marketing teams to implement and track analytics initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics/tracking requests.
Assist in tag management services and user acceptance testing of site tags to maintain integrity across multiple sources of data.
Digital / customer experience:
Leverage data to gain insights into user behavior / experience to drive our user experience, digital & content marketing strategies.
Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, including web, mobile apps, etc.
Understanding of different attribution models to choose the most appropriate one for specific needs.
Forecasting and Planning:
Collaborate with Marketing Director and Product Manager to forecast key metrics based on existing data and insights.
Support in creating and maintaining project timelines based on team requirements.
A/B Testing and Experimentation (desired):
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Communication & collaboration:
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including writing clear reports, delivering insightful presentations, and explaining complex concepts understandably.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data Engineering) to achieve shared goals.
