Location - Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility and understand the gaps between selection of different category segments.
- Work with brands to achieve MOM targets of Woovly and brands as well.
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Ensure conversion and increase in revenue of brands onboarded on Woovly’s platform
- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends and also manage & track the budget.
- Collaborate with marketing team to provide positive response of the brand campaigns
- Drive growth of brands and manage stock for brands, to maintain fill rates.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of personal care and lifestyle products
- Expertise in negotiation with brands.
- 2+ year of experience in strategizing brand campaigns
- Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
- Analytical, proactive and critical thinker
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong ability to present concepts to senior and executive level stakeholders
