Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility and understand the gaps between selection of different category segments.
  • Work with brands to achieve MOM targets of Woovly and brands as well.
  • Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
  • Ensure conversion and increase in revenue of brands onboarded on Woovly’s platform
  • Calculate forecasts for product demand trends and also manage & track the budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to provide positive response of the brand campaigns
  • Drive growth of brands and manage stock for brands, to maintain fill rates.


  • Strong understanding of personal care and lifestyle products
  • Expertise in negotiation with brands.
  • 2+ year of experience in strategizing brand campaigns
  • Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
  • Analytical, proactive and critical thinker
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong ability to present concepts to senior and executive level stakeholders
