About the Role

   We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of 4–8 years in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
