Job Title: Project Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:
   • Build strong connections with sponsors, program managers, and stakeholders.
   • Understand their priorities to align project deliverables.
2. Deliverable Management:
   • Collaborate to create a list of deliverables as defined by the Decision Review Board or Program Manager.
   • Ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Motivate and guide the project team through uncertainties and pressures.
   • Identify and report barriers to maintain focus on objectives.
4. Communication:
   • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies for stakeholders.
5. Resilience Support:
   • Help the project team recover and maintain performance after setbacks.
6. Risk Management:
   • Identify and report project-level risks.
   • Make timely recommendations to optimize project value.
7. Collaboration Facilitation:
   • Support leadership in enabling effective collaboration between the project team, business IT, and other stakeholders.
   • Address issues related to financing, risk, resources, and integrated planning.

Skills & Requirements:

• Project Delivery Expertise:
  • Proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle (PM Life Cycle, SDLC, Scrum).
• Project Management Tools:
  • Familiar with tools like Project Charter, WBS, Gantt Charts, and documentation (SoW, Proposals, Scheduling, Budgeting, RFQs, RFPs).
• Technology Proficiency:
  • Experience with software-as-a-service and digital platforms.
• Professional Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, resilience, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset:
  • Capable of critical thinking, storytelling, and enabling value creation.
• Certifications:
  • PMP or Prince2 certification and Agile certification are preferred.
• Project Complexity:
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple workstreams affecting business processes and teams, involving both business and technical changes.
