Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager To drive business development for the Bengaluru office by building a diversified and sustainable pipeline of healthcare infrastructure and consulting assignments across private healthcare providers, institutional clients, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)
  • Build opportunities across private hospitals, healthcare groups, medical colleges, institutions, and public sector bodies
  • Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required
  • Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders, government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders
  • Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability

Required Skills:
  • 8–15 years of experience in Business Development
  • Background in Infrastructure / PMC / Design / EPC / Consulting environments
  • Exposure to healthcare sector projects is strongly preferred
  • Experience across private sector healthcare projects with working knowledge of public sector tendering processes
  • Established professional networks within the healthcare and infrastructure ecosystem
  • Ability to engage at promoter, institutional, and senior stakeholder levels
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-management skills
  • High ownership, maturity, and long-term orientation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term growth perspective
  • Flexibility to travel
