MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience from a premium institute.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus. In depth knowledge of labor laws and industrial relation practices in manufacturing set up.
Relevant experience in industry relations is desirable.
Ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders across the organization.
Hands-on experience in hiring for blue-collared employees would be preferred.

Plan & Strategize effective HR processes for continual improvement in the productivity level, manage blue-collar workforce & achieve the business goals.
Determine appropriate course of action for all blue-collared employee-related matters, including grievance and arbitration procedures, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Manage relationships with unions & ensure that the Organization’s treatment of blue collared workforce is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Liaison with the government and other statutory authorities to represent YUZEN effectively. Comply with all labor-related and statutory requirements as applicable to ensure the establishment of employee relations initiatives and maintain industrial relations.
Take ownership and guide on labor law compliance for all establishments in India and conduct labor law compliance audits periodically.
Responsible for hiring and development of the blue-collar workforce. Driving program on the readiness of blue-collar workforce for the EV industry.
Assess, oversee and maintain employee benefits programs and complete HR operational requirements for YUZEN by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Nurture Industrial relations to handle complex grievances. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and compliances under various labor laws
Formulate and implement HR budgets, policies, and SOPs in line with changing business environment across the organization to promote reliability and enable scalable growth.
