Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application management, focusing on a B2C application. You will support ongoing operations, participate in incident and problem management, coordinate releases and updates, and drive changes in collaboration with teams across geographies. This role requires a well-rounded developer with solid experience in Frontend, Backend, and DevOps technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Problem & Incident Management:
  • Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during application use.
  • Ensure incidents are tracked, responded to, and resolved within SLA timelines.
Release & Update Coordination:
  • Plan and implement updates, version changes, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure smooth release cycles with minimal impact on end-users.
Change Management:
  • Execute and coordinate changes in the application environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and minimize operational impact.
Support & Enhancement:
  • Contribute to support and enhancement projects on a need basis.
  • Be part of the on-call support rotation as required.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager in Germany for planning, reporting, and alignment on deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Frontend, Backend, and DevOps technologies
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development or application management
  • Proficiency in ITIL service management frameworks
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
  • Familiarity with Agile/Kanban project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call support when needed
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
