We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B social media strategies, particularly within the enterprise software and IT infrastructure space. You will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing both organic and paid social campaigns that aim to:
Enhance brand awareness
Drive website traffic
Engage IT decision-makers
Contribute to lead generation efforts
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within a B2B or tech/SaaS environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
Experience using social media analytics tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, and YouTube Studio.
Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager.
Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools such as Brandwatch, Mention, or similar.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts for a broader audience.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to B2B software product lines like ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, or Network Monitoring.
Experience working with global B2B audiences across markets such as APAC, the US, and the Middle East.
Knowledge of content repurposing and campaign localization.
