Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B social media strategies, particularly within the enterprise software and IT infrastructure space. You will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing both organic and paid social campaigns that aim to:

  • Enhance brand awareness

  • Drive website traffic

  • Engage IT decision-makers

  • Contribute to lead generation efforts

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies, primarily on LinkedInTwitterYouTube, and Instagram, that align with overall marketing and brand goals.

  • Content Creation & Scheduling:  Plan, write, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and audience, including thought leadership posts, product updates, event promotions, and customer stories.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, prospects, and industry influencers to foster community growth, respond to queries, and build brand credibility.

  • Paid & Organic Campaigns: Manage targeted paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, to amplify reach, promote content, and generate MQLs. Monitor organic social performance and boost high-performing posts.

  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track engagementimpressionsCTR, and conversions. Generate monthly reports and provide insights to refine social strategy and content direction.

  • Competitor & Industry Monitoring: Stay up to date on competitor activity, trending topics, hashtags, and industry movements to inform content development and positioning strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content writersdesignersproduct marketers, and the SEO team to ensure unified messaging and successful campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within a B2B or tech/SaaS environment.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as HootsuiteBufferSprout Social, or similar platforms.

  • Experience using social media analytics tools like LinkedIn AnalyticsFacebook Insights, and YouTube Studio.

  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools such as BrandwatchMention, or similar.

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts for a broader audience.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to B2B software product lines like ITSMITOMAIOps, or Network Monitoring.

  • Experience working with global B2B audiences across markets such as APAC, the US, and the Middle East.

  • Knowledge of content repurposing and campaign localization.
