The Director of Product Management will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing a high-performing team and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Develop and implement a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Tech, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
- Performance & Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product performance, leverage analytics, and drive data-informed decision-making to optimize user experience and revenue growth.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners and e-commerce specialists to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across different departments.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
