We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support a leading product-based tech company. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle technical recruitment across software engineering, DevOps, cloud, and data-focused roles. The recruiter will be on Getinz’s payroll and work closely with high-performing client teams to meet fast-paced hiring goals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Cloud, Data).
Work closely with the client’s teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, internal databases, and Boolean search.
Conduct preliminary screening, share candidate assessments, and coordinate technical interviews.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
Maintain data and reports in ATS tools or Excel trackers.
Meet aggressive hiring goals with quick turnaround times.
5 to 8 years of experience in IT/Tech Recruitment.
Proven success in hiring for product companies, startups, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, CRM/ATS platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
