Key Responsibilities:
- Product Mastery: Gain hands-on experience with our products to create intuitive user guides and online help resources.
- Configuration Guides: Develop comprehensive resources for onboarding and product setup.
- Troubleshooting: Create detailed troubleshooting documentation for support teams.
- Innovative Content: Design engaging formats like short videos, FAQs, and inline help.
- Release Notes: Deliver timely and accurate product update notes.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, SMEs, and engineers for content creation.
- Content Review: Ensure consistency in validation messages, announcements, and menus.
- Documentation Planning: Schedule updates aligned with product releases.
- Best Practices: Establish standards and identify tools to enhance content quality.
- Training Materials: Assist in creating training content and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of technical writing for a technical audience.
- Technical Writing Skills: Expertise in user-oriented product documentation and online guides.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Language/Literature/English is a plus).
- User-Centric: Passionate about understanding products from a user perspective.
- Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating clear, structured guides with clean visuals.
